Cleaning & Care

Leather

Start by wiping with a moist (not wet) cloth, to remove minor stains. If more cleaning is needed — using a mild soap – on a clean cloth create a sudsy water/soap mix. Very gently rub/dab the mixture on the spot. Wipe clean with water and dry.

Never use disinfectants, solvents or chemical products on leather!

Remove minor stains with soap and water. Rinse and dry with clean cloth. For more difficult stains use alcohol-based cleaners like Formula 409. Disinfect using a 5:1 water/bleach solution or common disinfectant. Rinse with water and wipe dry.

Fabric

Use white paper towels to remove moisture from wet spots. Scrape off any solid residues with a dull tool. Most spots can be removed with lukewarm water. For stubborn spots add a mild detergent to the water. Dab the spots with small quantities of cleaning agent and blot dry with paper towel. Preserve the fabric with regular vacuum cleaning.
